Mood 24/7 is a basic online site that helps you track your mood online and allows you to input your mood information via text, which you can later print.

Mood Panda is a website as well as an app for iPhone and Android that helps you track your mood and provides various ways to visualize your mood over the past few weeks.

Optimism
Optimism is a desktop application, site, and app for iPhone that allows you to keep track of various aspects of your mental health, focusing especially on mood charts.

A resource from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Mental Health.gov is a hub of information on mental health. Featuring both general information on mental health, explanations of mental health conditions, support resources, the site engages a variety of audiences, including help seekers and supporters. This is a good website for anyone who is unfamiliar with psychological terminology, or anyone looking for quick access to easily digestible information. 

American Psychological Association
The American Psychological Association is “the largest scientific and professional organization representing psychology in the United States.” Its website offers articles by topic, and also hosts publications, news, and research related to psychology, including mental health. A help center section offers reports, information, and resources to support the health of interested parties. 

American Psychiatric Association (Psychiatry.org)
The official website of the American Psychiatric Association, psychiatry.org offers support and information for people with mental health and wellness concerns of all kinds. The “Mental Health” section of the site offers information by audience type and topic. 

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)
NAMI, or the National Alliance on Mental Illness, is “the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness.” Featuring a blog, video, news, and more, the NAMI website helps visitors become educated, find support, and become active supporters of mental health.
